Sunday, September 18th, 8 am-5 pm Pumpkin Harvest Festival: October It's time to celebrate the harvest season with educational family fun, U-Pick apples, hayrack rides, delicious homemade Apple Cider Doughnuts, caramel apples, homemade apple pie, and other delicious treats! Join us for family fun with delicious treats, adventures on the Pollinator Playground, hayrack rides into the Orchard for U-Pick, and a vendor fair! The Kimmel Education Research Center will have activities and educational programming from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. 54th Annual AppleJack: September 17th & 18th The U-Pick barn will be open starting AppleJack Weekend for apple picking. Plan a trip to Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard to enjoy fresh-picked apples, apple doughnuts, apple cider, and of course learn about our rich history. Not only are the apples rich with flavor but so is the history. Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard has been producing apples for nearly a century. Apple Harvest Season: Late August - October There are multiple varieties of Asian Pears we have to offer, and you can pick them all as a family in our U-Pick barn. Asian Pears Harvest Festival: Early September Getting outside and picking fruit is the perfect way to enjoy the last month of summer, and enjoy the history Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard has to offer. Looking for the perfect snack? Starting in late July we will have blackberries available in the U-Pick barn. Blackberry Harvest Festival: Late July - Mid.
